1. HOW DO I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?
2. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE A CUSTOM GARMENT?
To make a custom garment an average notice period of 4-12 weeks is required depending on the garment. If you require an express service this can be processed for you at an additional fee.
3. DO YOU SHIP OUT CUSTOM ORDERS?
All custom garments are eligible for domestic and international shipment. When requesting your order please let us know your location. All shipment fees will need to be covered by the customer, the cost of shipping is determined by location and weight.
4. WHAT IS THE FULL ORDER PROCESS?
5. WHAT HAPPENS AT A CONSULTATION?
At the initial consultation your measurements will be taken, where design and cost is discussed. We will discuss fabrics and materials used for the garment; we will also ensure a final design is agreed before production begins. Any fabrics, materials and embellishments you would like to use must be brought with you to the consultation.
6. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Once production has begun for custom and made-to-order items there is a NO REFUND policy, if you are unhappy with your garment for any reason please contact us. Ready To Wear purchases can be returned or exchanged. Please read our Refund & Exchanges policy
7. WHAT IS THE PAYMENT PROCESS?
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required during the consultation before any production can begin. A full payment must be presented on the date of collection or before shipment. This covers cost of all materials, fittings and bringing your dress to life.
The payment does not include shipping; the cost of shipping will be determined by location and delivery service.
